Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CreditDoctor website, applications, and services (the “Service”), operated by Revelosoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“CreditDoctor”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. What CreditDoctor is — and is not

• CreditDoctor is an educational and informational credit-health tool. It analyses credit reports that you upload yourself.
• We are not a credit bureau, bank, NBFC, credit-information company, or financial advisor. We do not pull your credit report, lend money, or make lending decisions.
• We do not guarantee any increase in your credit score, approval of any loan or card, or any specific financial outcome.
• Our analysis, plans, simulations, and AI assistant outputs are suggestions for your consideration, not professional, legal, or financial advice. Always verify against your official bureau report and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

4. Your responsibilities when uploading reports

• You confirm you are the individual named in any report you upload, or that you are lawfully authorised to upload and process it on that person’s behalf.
• You will not upload any document you do not have the right to share, or that infringes the rights of others.
• You give the consent requested at upload so we can process the report for you.

5. Plans, billing & payments

• We offer a free tier and paid subscription plans (such as Premium and Pro). Plan features and prices are shown on our Pricing page and may change with notice.
• Paid plans are billed in advance for the stated period through our payment partner, Razorpay. By subscribing you authorise the applicable charges.
• Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Upload malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or breach the Service or its security.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service except as permitted by law.
• Access another person’s data without authorisation, or misrepresent your identity.
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by Revelosoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal use. You retain ownership of the reports and content you upload; you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (for example, cloud hosting, AI processing, payments, and messaging). We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties, and your use of bureau reports remains subject to the terms of the bureau that issued them.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results. Credit data is complex and bureau reports can contain errors; you are responsible for verifying information with the relevant bureau.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreditDoctor and Revelosoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or credit opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CreditDoctor and Revelosoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your upload of any report you were not authorised to share.

12. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

13. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at the location of our registered office will have jurisdiction over any disputes. We encourage you to first raise any concern through our Grievance Redressal process so we can try to resolve it.
