CreditDoctor is a digital subscription service. This policy explains how to cancel, when refunds apply, and how to reach us about a billing issue.

CreditDoctor is operated by Revelosoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. We offer a free tier and paid subscription plans (such as Premium and Pro). Because the Service is delivered digitally and access to paid features is granted immediately on payment, please read this policy before subscribing. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay.
Our free tier lets you experience the core product — uploading a report and seeing an analysis — at no cost and with no card required. We strongly encourage you to use the free tier first to confirm the Service meets your needs before upgrading to a paid plan.
As a digital service that grants immediate access to paid features, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. However, we will provide a refund in the following cases:
Refunds are not provided for partially used billing periods, for failure to use the Service, or for dissatisfaction with analysis outputs (which are educational and not a guaranteed outcome — see our Terms of Service).
Email support@creditdoctor.in from your registered email address with your registered phone number and the Razorpay payment reference. We will review eligible requests and, where approved, process the refund to your original payment method.
If a payment fails but an amount is debited from your account, it is usually an authorisation hold that is reversed automatically by your bank within a few business days. If it is not reversed, contact us with the payment reference and we will assist.
CreditDoctor delivers digital services only. There are no physical products, and therefore no shipping, delivery, or related charges.
